The French Central Information Systems Security Division created EBIOS (Expression des Besoins et Identification des Objectifs de Sécurité). The purpose of this risk assessment tool is to assess and treat risks using an IS, thereby assisting management decision-making and guiding stakeholders to a mutual set of discussions.
